I hear him behind me often when I am on parapets and platforms. "Don't jump!" he laughs, and then is gone in flowers and smoke. I love the smell of incense in the morning. All I can see is a golden rain and a smile disappearing in the branches over Jerusalem, burning with stars in the tremendous daylight.
